I have been going to Dr.Ben for 5years now. the treatments are amazing there is no doubt about that, however the reception is getting worse. there is no nice welcome and they seem to argue loudly for long time. they need to remember what they offer

Unfortunately not the best experience. My masseuse had a cold and was sniffing, even blew her nose whilst doing my massage, don't think washed hands after, also kept yawning - poor thing must have been very tired. Much would have rather cancel or different masseuse in better health do it. Also asked for stronger 3 times, but still quite soft (even thought meant to be deep tissue), maybe because ill?I still felt good after so some tension was unlocked, but just not the best experience.

I’ve been to Bens a few times and it’s fantastic because they really know what they are doing. It’s not a luxury spa by any stretch of the imagination, but it’s great prices and great treatments.
