I had booked an aromatherapy massage and unfortunately this was not what I received - it was a lot more vigorous and not overly relaxing. To be fair to the therapist she did ask repeatedly if the pressure was ok and corrected when it went to deep but it definitely wasn’t what I booked. I could have said something and next time I would reconfirm what I had booked on arriving at the salon to avoid this happening again but I assumed it would say on my booking what I had booked. All else good.

The masseur was clearly an amateur and I've left the place more sore than when I first went. It is a real disappointment, specially considering all the good reviews that this place has. I'm not going to book again in this place.

The treatment itself was great but a number of problems with my booking. I arrived and they had double booked, so I asked to cancel with a refund. They were reluctant to do this so after a 15 minute confused wait, Dr Lucy was found. The reflexology and Lucy were lovely but she hadn't been properly briefed so she wound up at 30 mins, when I had paid for 45. She then extended but after already having done the wind down it felt a bit confused.
