Very nice and relaxing Thai massage. The consultant was very friendly and since this was my first massage was very kind and accommodating and which made it a very nice experience.
After my treatment I went to ask a question about another treatment that they did, I was sent into a room where they explained the options. Resulting to question being turned into a consultation with me being charged a fee. Even though I said I asked a question and quieted it. I was still told I had to pay! 😒

I wouldn’t go again. I had to wait 25 mins at the start - they did ring to let me know but at too short notice 30mins before my appointment was due to start.
Then my massage was given to me by 2 therapists who swapped half way through which kind of interrupted the whole relaxing thing.
The language barrier was a bit of a problem though both therapists were nice.
There was also a lot of screaming and shouting going on with seemingly other therapists shouting at each other!

I had Dr. Lucy who was really great! I booked a deep tissue massage because of tightness in my back & she found all the spots; did an amazing complimentary osteopathy on my neck and then upsold me on some acupuncture. It’s so affordable it’s a great place to try new treatments

I arrived only to be told they couldn’t fulfill my booking then wouldn’t cancel it and asked me to organise a refund!!!!
