Deep Tissue Massage was dry (no oils used) so feel I didn’t get the full effect like I have done before. Acupuncture was done very roughly putting needles in, Once I was dressed I felt something uncomfortable and realised a needle was left in my back (not sure how you miss that), slight apology and she laughed it off. Interrupted half way through to change my appointment, just felt like they were trying to change it so I would pay more. Very loud and not relaxing atmosphere.

Great experience! The staff were really friendly and Suzy was amazing at targeting my problem rate in my back. I’ve now bought multiple sessions in advance and will start coming regularly. Great value too
