The treatment itself was great but a number of problems with my booking. I arrived and they had double booked, so I asked to cancel with a refund. They were reluctant to do this so after a 15 minute confused wait, Dr Lucy was found. The reflexology and Lucy were lovely but she hadn't been properly briefed so she wound up at 30 mins, when I had paid for 45. She then extended but after already having done the wind down it felt a bit confused.

Absolutely brilliant this has to one of my top 5 places to come for a deep tissue massage highly recommended and it’s cheaper to call an do block bookings you definitely won’t be disappointed
