I have returned to Ben massage many times - they are fantastic, very knowledgeable. May is lovely. I had acupuncture which was very affective and I could really feel the difference.

Very welcoming atmosphere and relaxing ambience (despite being in such a busy part of London!) The sports massage was lovely - the masseuse was so attentive to my needs and injury. The back, neck and shoulders massage was easily the best massage I’ve ever had! I feel so relaxed and so happy with my experience today, cannot recommend Ben highly enough!

Unfortunately this was not a sports massage - when I went in the room May didn’t seem to know I had it booked, or what is was so offered a back neck and shoulder massage. I had to ask for calves etc which were given a relaxing massage not a sports one.May was lovely and did deep tissue on my back and did her best but this was not at all what I booked so unfortunately while my looser i didn’t get what I booked. Venue should not advertised sports massage if techs not knowledgable as is dangerous
