The man on reception ignored me for a while when I walked in which was strange. But my massage was really good

The massage it’s self was excellent as with all my visits here however, I have yet to go in on time for my appointment. I am always kept waiting and I do not feel the front desk staff care that much. My massage therapist today was very caring though. Shame the walls are thin as well so a lot of noise can be heard.
