Not good. I had this a few months ago but I’m still shocked by the service I got. Halfway through my acupuncture session they told me I hadn’t booked the right service and left the room to chat about it outside, someone then came in and asked me to sit up and look at a screen showing what I should have done, while I had needles in my back and shoulders. I asked to leave they said no but kept talking to me about my mistake (a mistake I hadn’t made). I finished my session, paid and left. Will not be going back that’s for sure.
