Great massage that I can't fault, but having one of your treatment rooms under the staircase that is in use is distracting.

Disappointing massage and felt therapist didn’t listen to me when I told her that she was really hurting me. I’ve had lots of sports massage and deep tissue with high pain threshold and this took it to whole different level

Quite possibly one of the most horrific experiences I have ever gone through whilst having a massage. Yes I knew I had some dreadful knots and tension following a fall, but quite honestly the brutal way I was massaged was something else. I have regular massages and have done for years and prefer the firmer approach but this was beyond belief. Even when I asked the therapist to stop as I was practically crying I was told ‘just let it out, scream if you need to’. Most disappointing as I’ve previously had a great experience from a different therapist here. Never again will I book with Anna
