Nok found the knots on my problem areas - back and neck. She worked deep tissue on them. Also had some Thai massage stretching. After massage my muscles felt more loosened & as well as relaxed. Nok has a good feel of what your body needs. Highly recommend. I booked again as my knots will need more work.
