No consultation done and I did mention an allergy to essential oils. Only one oil was available, wish had followed my gut and left at this point.
Back massage carried out, then head massage. Half way though head massage had to stop to wipe off the oil I was having an allergic reaction too.
Child in the salon, assuming therapists child, and they kept talking throughout SO UNRELAXING.
Salon freezing cold had to ask for blanket halfway through, Devastated feel wasted £60 to feel worse
