Akki was amazing as always, she is very professional and friendly. Atmosphere in there is great, all staff makes sure you feel welcomed and comfortable, and the girls on reception (Eva and Monika) are both stars! Will definitely be back.

This was my first time getting a carbon peel and Akki really took the time to set my expectations. She explained that it might be more painful than expected because of my darker skin tone, and we discussed what I should do if the pain was too much. Akki talked me through the whole treatment, and aftercare, and was very nice. I would definitely return for this treatment, as I felt very comfortable she knew what she was doing.
