Olivia is knowledgeable, friendly, talented and experienced. She has it all! I had a zoom call the evening of my appointment with her. I didn’t look terrible! Not at all! (I usually think I do!😜) she’s really excellent and I’m delighted I found her.

I am so happy with my lash lift and tint. No need for mascara now, and the lashes look great all the time - including first thing in the morning and after the gym! Olivia was reassuring and easy to talk to, explaining what was happening at each stage. I was so pleased with the treatment that I’ve already booked in for my second lift in 7 weeks time. I would highly recommend Olivia.

Had my first facial yesterday with Olivia and it was a fabulous experience. She is knowledgeable and caring and with a facial/neck/shoulder/arm massage included it was extremely relaxing. Olivia will answer any questions and gives guidance as to what treatments might be best giving truly bespoke service. Eyebrow wax and tint - excellent as always and my nails look chic and smart and beautifully manicured!
