Anna, as always, was so professional & friendly at my appointment. She was so understanding as I have a painful arm at the moment & helped me on and off the treatment couch ( something I had been worried about)

A really good experience. I had booked for an eyelash tint, which is the best one I have had, and Anna suggested that I have a brow tint as well, which I would not have considered. My brows also look fantastic and I’m thrilled with the results.

Soooo relaxing, Laura was so nice and attentive to all my knots and made sure i was relaxed the whole time and the pressure was right. So clean and felt very covid safe! Will definitely go again!
