I live in Luxembourg but every time I come to Norwich I treat myself to a BB session. I really love having my treatments at BB and I always ask for Laura because she is not only very professional but extremely friendly as well. She has a calm and relaxing way of relating to you that makes me feel really well during and after my treatment.

Anna was amazing! My first Holllywood wax ever couldn't have gone better. She was lovely, really professional and made the environment relaxing. Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone!
