Technician was lovely but unfortunately didn’t provide a salon quality service. She did inform me she was just covering this day. The foot spa was lovely but the gel pedicure was bad and certainly not salon quality. It was very messy and clumpy, with the gel not reaching the edges. I should have known when she said she couldn’t do me a french pedicure. I also came away with gel all over my skin. Contacted the salon manager to rectify but didn’t get a reply. Wouldn’t advise going here for nails.

The lady was not gentle at all. She stayed on the phone during my waxing which made me uncomfortable as I was talking about body hair and parts that are hard to reach. I have paid for two procedures, second one was not completed. Leg and extended bikini waxing was completed in 20mins instead of 1hours with MANY hair left behind, and after asking lady to remove outstanding hair twice, I had to take care of it myself spending more money for home products. Will not be coming back.
