I am not quite sure why they let me leave the salon like I am! I have two black eyes and tint all over my face. The technician clearly forgot to use shields or barrier for the eyelash tint one of the other ladies obviously realised once the dye was already on for a few minutes and put strong chemicals over my eyes with a burning sensation. And repeated with the use of Vaseline and barriers but I was rushed out of the store not a chance to look properly and my eyes were still recovering.

I really like this salon but the team need to pay more attention to their clients and chat less. Also a smile wouldn’t hurt! It’s about customer experience and customer service and this time neither were up to scratch.
