Disappointed. The equipment used is old, and blunt. The hot water for the spa bath wasn’t working so had to use a kettle.

Sandy has gone. The new therapist is Manju, who is brilliant. She is very proficient as well as being a lovely person. I wish Sandy's name could be removed from this site as she left almost a year ago and Manju deserves her own reviews.
