Horrible experience! After having booked with this saloon I turned up and the woman working there rudely rejected me saying “you haven’t booked with us”. I showed her the reservation and she started panicking because clearly she didn’t want to take me on board. She wasn’t busy or anything but she just decided that will turn her customer down after travelling looong way to get there! Never again! I wish she apologised at least!
