I absolutely love coming to see Beth, because I feel so much better when I have been. I always have a Mizan massage which is really helping me with my perimenopause systems and I usually add on an additional treatment. This week I opted for reiki and I feel so much better. I went in with a foggy head and no energy and from the combination of treatments my head feels a lot better and I feel I have more energy.
