Beth is friendly as well as being knowledgeable and skilled. She put me at ease and made sure that I was comfortable and warm enough etc. before the treatment started. The room was lovely and clean and cosy. I was so comfortable that I think I nodded off a couple of times. I will definitely be going again and I am looking forward to trying other treatments.
