I had a reflexology and reiki treatment, my first time having either. I was open to the benefits but went with the idea that, as long as I felt relaxed at the end, that would be great.
I have had hip pain for 4 months (menopause-related) but it has disappeared! She is now my favourite person ever and I have even managed a short run today. Going to make this a regular treatment.
