I visited Beth for a Mizan pregnancy massage and it was heavenly. Beth is so lovely and made me feel very relaxed from the outset, she explained what the treatment entailed, tailored it to suit my pregnancy stage and symptoms and even showed me how to do some home stomach massage to help with digestion. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend her.
