I'd wanted to try Reiki for a while and was lucky enough to get a gift voucher for my birthday for the Rebalance and Relax Reiki treatment. It was amazing! The head, hand and foot massage was just lovely then the Reiki felt like it took some of my stress away. I'd definitely do it again. My husband said I was glowing after!
Beth was so friendly, welcoming and caring. I've only had one similar experience before so was a bit daunted at what to do etc. but Beth made me feel completely at ease.
