Just had a fabulous 60 minute full body massage followed by a 30 minute reiki treatment with Beth. Came away feeling so relaxed, calm and re energised.

The foot, hand and head massage was lovely and very relaxing and the Reiki was lovely. Beth is friendly as well as being knowledgeable and skilled. She put me at ease and made sure that I was comfortable and warm enough etc. before the treatment started. The room was lovely and clean and cosy. I was so comfortable that I think I nodded off a couple of times. I will definitely be going again and I am looking forward to trying other treatments.
