The whole team was wonderful, I had to take my baby daughter in with me and even though she was very loud and had to be on my lap for half the time of my appointment making it harder for Nicole to do her job, the team did not show any discomfort and was very helpful and attentive with me and my daughter. Plus my biab set was perfect All in all a great first experience with them
