Ebony is a fantastic beauty therapist, ive been to many therapists in the past and ebony is the only one who takes the time to explain every step of the treatment, she made me feel comfortable, her beauty room is kept clean and tidy all if the time.
Ebony is a polite young lady, she always gets me in last minute and never fails to please.

I had my lashes done two weeks ago. My eyelashes have completely fallen out on one eye over the last two days. I had an appointment at my house for ebony to come and do infills today but after a cluster of over twenty lashes (which were supposed to be individuals) falling out last night I asked her to come and just remove them all as I was so unhappy. Ebony proceeded to cancel my appointment and told me I would have to come to the salon if I only wanted to have them taken off as she wasn’t making enough money for a home visit.
My natural lashes are completely ruined.
I am so upset. My one eye had so many lashes and the other just a few and she is refusing to come and sort it out. I asked her to help and she has BLOCKED me on Facebook which is where she contacts me from. I am horrified by this experience.
I feel sick I am that upset.
Ladies, please do not use this service. She will ruin your face. 22nd February 2018.

Could have been more customer care as I had to make conversation. Also no care was taken to apply the lashes. A full set can take up to an hour and a half without a brow tint however I was out in 30 minutes and that was with a brow tint. More time and consideration needs to be taken to ensure the lashes are applied to a high standard

It was my first visit to New Edge, everyone was really helpful and polite, my appointment was with Ebony to have my eyelash extensions, I'm so pleased with them and can't wait to return for my infills xx
