Sorry but poor customer care pity as really liked way my hair was cut in past. I await a refund as unable to wait any longer for appointment. I appreciate it is busy however should be aware of times for treatments when booking.

So delighted with my hair after a cut and Brazilian blow dry....I have had this treatment previously at bigger and more expensive salons and this has been the best one yet. Lisa has taken the right steps to keep the salon safe as stylists and customers have masks on, seats are cleaned after every person and the door is opened so its ventilated. Thanks again x
