I went into the Salon and each person was compliant with PPE standards for COVID which was reassuring. Loved my colour and now that frown has turned upside down. So happy with my gorgeous locks that I won't go anywhere else.

Over booked customers asked to wait 15 min then asked to wait again. Sorry but poor customer care pity as really liked way my hair was cut in past. I await a refund as unable to wait any longer for appointment. I appreciate it is busy however should be aware of times for treatments when booking.
