I loved my first visit to Betty's. Alanna and the partners were welcoming, and my haircut was great. However, I was very uncomfortable at the wash station. While my stylist was nice, another staff member with dark hair made me feel like an imposter. She stared at me, made expressions when I let my hair down, and laughed at my accent. It was a disappointing contrast to the otherwise friendly atmosphere. I hope management ensures all staff remain respectful and inclusive.
