I changed the hair style I wanted when I got there and the stylists swapped to accommodate me. Its a busy shop with lots of stylists and I was in and out, no hanging about, which I loved about it, as busy getting ready for a wedding. I got my hair pinned up and it stayed in place all day and night. Stylist even put my fascinator on for me. Would definately recommend.
