Ivana was super nice and accommodating. It was my first time in a hair salon in Glasgow being new to the country. I get very nervous about my hair. But Ivana listened to me and was good in explaining, ensuring she understood my needs and made me feel comfortable with her. My hair was gorgeous after the service - regrowth color and style. It was efficient. We finished well ahead of time. I also enjoyed my coffee and biscuit and the music in the salon. Great job! Thank you.
