The salon is beautiful, well lit, looks clean. I had a nice pedi & good conversation, but she did cut my foot & I bled; it hurt a lot. I'd like to know how they disinfected the tools but I didn't ask. My massage was not pleasant. No pressure used & felt weird. My facial was very good but my hair wasn't tied back. I provided honest feedback about the massage to the manager afterwards. She offered a discount at my next visit, which was appreciated. I may give the nail/facial services another try.
