Lucy was lovely however during my brow lamination she went to do another client , which has now meant my brows were over processed and now my eyebrows are more curly rather than straight(I had a light curl on just the tip now its curly all over). I asked for them natural but the lamination was more dramatic than the natural styles I've seen -- which she did try to fix. 1 star for a perfect tint colour match though when I got home I realised she hadn't cleaned it off my face properly.
