The salon is gorgeous and staff are really friendly. But the outcome of my treatment is pretty awful tbh, I’m upset to look in the mirror at my brows. Not all the hairs have been lifted, they are sticking out all over the place. They are so unruly and awful. Never again will I have an appointment here sadly. Oh, and I also got charged £21 extra to what my Treatwell price was :)

Very expensive for what it was. I was called and told to come early as the times are wrong in the website so my booking time wasn’t available. So I did, and they still saw me AFTER the original time I booked. So I was waiting around for over half an hour/40 mins.
