The massage itself was good but due to a diary issue (Treatwell not syncing with the salon’s booking system) and the salon being very busy/falling behind, I waited nearly 30 mins for my appointment and the masseuse didn’t acknowledge or apologise for the wait. It was meant to be a 40 min massage but it was more like 30, and you could tell the masseuse rushed through it as the salon was running behind. It’s one of the pricier massages in Bromley so I was disappointed with the value for money.
