The shade for my eyebrows is too dark when I specified a lighter brown. The lamination was also a bad job, my eyebrows hairs are already lifting. For lashes one of my eyes looks a lot fuller than the other. Not enough tint? Overall really unhappy with the results, I felt embarrassed to leave the shop with how my eyebrows looked. Also felt uncomfortable with where I was getting my lashes done, it was in a part of the room where I could feel people always walking around me making it hard to relax
