The staff were lovely and results at the time seemed fine, however:- Brows - The following day my eyebrows were all over the place. Extremely dry and are now curly/frizzy. Now takes time and effort to do as I need to use wax etc to keep them in place. Lashes - booked in for classic lashes and asked for a C curl. At the time they looked ok but when I got home and had a closer look, D curls had been applied and were fans not individual and have been stuck to several natural lashes. Not happy.

Was running late and called to say I was going to be. Got told it’s near the end of the day of the salon day but should be okay. Got to my appointment only two mins late to then to wait 10min to be seen. I was made to feel like because I was going to be late I would of held them up but this wasn’t the case. Last few times I have booked I have had an issue with my bookings with them changing my times or saying my therapist isn’t available. Not been happy for a while with the service.
