I like it here and have been for several lash treatments before but this time I got an eye infection. I don’t think the technician changed her gloves or sanitised first and spent ages on my right eye getting everything in place. 24 hours later, I’m crusty and infected. Luckily I have drops, and my lashes look great. But hygiene does need to improve.

Such a lovely salon - I loved the facial massage wish my back massage followed straight away and I didn’t have to change and move rooms. Both beauticians were amazing
