I always have a brilliant massage here (I have been loads), my back feels great after it. It is not a soft, gentle massage like some places, which is more for total relaxation (not that I don't love this type of massage). Jayne properly works on your problem areas and my back always feels great after it, I leave feeling relaxed but also able to move and stretch more freely. A good mix of relaxation and therapeutic massage.
