On arriving I was told that it would not be a Dermalogica facial I would receive. Instead it was a cheaper alternative. As it was advertised dermalogica this is what I was at least expecting. I carried on with the facial thinking it would be ok. End results were poor. Extractions not done properly and my skin felt tight. The therapist was lovely and I am sure is great at most of her treatments but on this occasion it was not great for me.

I booked an appointment in the morning travelled half an hour paid £10 parking outside to go in having to wait as there was no one in yet. When the lady arrived was told that it had been double booked and I could not be taken could I come back tonight or another day. Really bad customer service will not be using the site or the venue again.
