A disappointment and false description of service provided
I had an appointment with Beverly Hills Beauty for eyebrow shape WITH A THREAD. However, not only she did not use a thread to do my eyebrows, (she did not use a thread at all in this salon), but she used wax without asking me first if I wanted to use this on my face (I am allergic to some types of wax, however, I did not have the chance to mention it).
When I realised that it was wax I told her that I booked for eyebrow threading and she said she has no idea why Treatwell wrote that about threading.
As I felt embarrassed at that moment to complain about the technique, I let her do her job.
While she did my eyebrow I started to feel that something is burning and itching between eyebrows. I got a white and swollen skin rash between eyebrows and she did not say anything and I saw it when she gave me the mirror and I had to call my fiance to come and get me because I could not go out like that.
Anyway, I chose this because of the good reviews but I cannot recommend it myself. If you like wax probably you will like it.
