It was just OK. There is no one to greet you, the place looks very dated and the “waiting room” is just a small seat in a corridor. The eyebrow tinting was ok, I got a square shaped eyebrow even though I asked for a natural look. I said it was the first time I was getting my eyebrows tinted and I received no advice as to how it works, how long it lasts, how to maintain it, etc. There was also no option to pay by card, so I had to book a fake appointment through treatwell to select “Pay at Venue” and pay for the service. The job was done and it was cheap, but I will certainly not be back.
