the place looks nice on the outside, but if you had an appointment with Jan you had to go downstairs to a cramped basement. A person came out of the room and then she called me in and told me to get into the bed, where I doubted she even had time to change the covers. She started the 'massage'.. she just slapped me on the back and legs, next day I had bruises all over (see pictures). She said she needed to align my neck as part of the massage remember she's not a chiropractic. WOrst experienc
