Hema was incredibly professional and extremely caring , she greets you as soon as you walk in , makes you feel super comfortable.
She is qualified to use Lycon wax which was great as I have sensitive skin and didn't want too much pain.
She also gave me advice on ingrown hairs which I needed , she even helped me with one that I obviously couldn't reach , if this isn't going the extra mile I don't know what is! I look forward to going back . I can say I've found my beautician :)

I have never met someone so professional yet soothing and comforting who knows exactly what the client needs. Very intuitive and tailoring to the person's needs. The room has a calming and healing ambience with matching music. All facilities are spic and span sparkling clean. Hema puts her heart and soul into her treatments. Definitely recommend as a soothing tonic any time.

Really needed a massage after the battering my back has had from 2 lots of spinal surgeries at the start of the the year. Hema is very skilled and made a massive effort to get an idea of what I wanted and expected from the massage. She really loosened my shoulders and I feel great for it. Can not rate her high enough.
