I have been waxing for 10 years and this was the most painful experience I have ever had.
I booked in for hot wax, however Carol started the wax with strips until I told her this is not what I was booked in for and I would appreciate to get what I payed for.
The temperature of wax was fine and Carol was very kind and comforting I enjoyed talking to her, however I believe, due to lack of experience the hot wax was not pulled off quick enough in some areas causing me horrendous pain. Also the whole process took way too long than it should have.
The salon, the ladies and the ambience were lovely however I would not go back for the same treatment.

It was amazing as usual Amanda sorted my hair out offer I let someone do my hair before hand a absolutely wrecked my hair it was all snapped and just awful and Amanda sorted it right out for me was amazing I love my haircut thank you
