Not suitable for men's hair styling at all. It just look like they don't have enough experience in that area, though people working there are very friendly and talkative.

When I came into the salon I was informed that my treatment was going to be £30 more than what was advertised and what I'd prepaid. I was told that it was treatwells fault rather than the salon - and lady taking care of my hair said I'd have to pay to get the cut portion of my booking. The worst bit is they knew this was the case beforehand but made no effort to contact me before I arrived to let me know - only telling me once I had already made the journey there. I figured I would contact treatwell afterwards to obtain a refund if it was in fact their error and paid because it was the only time I had to get the cut.
I contacted treatwell afterwards - they say the salon misadvertised their price so treatwell won't be able to provide a refund for the additional amount I had to pay. He said, she said - all I know is I'm the one out of pocket.
Additionally, I mentioned getting a toner put through after my full head highlight and when the time came this wasnt done.
Then about an hour after I left I realised the nape of my neck felt like it was burning. Run my hand through my hair at the base and it's chaulky - all the dye hadn't been washed out so I had to jump in the shower after I'd just had had my hair blow dryed...and was left with some lovely welts because it hadn't been properly washed out at the salon.
The only reason Im giving two stars is that the woman who did my hair was friendly throughout.
I left the salon having paid much more than advertised, with welts, and head of highlights that don't look great if I'm being honest. I now have to go to another salon to fix my hair (at least put a toner through but probably more if I'm being honest) - and won't be back here.
