Monalisa was very sweet and professional. Most pleasant waxing experience I’ve had, she used a special hot wax which felt much gentler than normal hot waxing.

I could not have asked for a more relaxed experience with Monalisa! I have had waxes elsewhere and not felt as chilled as I did with Monalisa. She is super knowledgeable about what she's doing and is happy to explain anything and everything you ask.Even had a tablet for me to distract me whilst she was waxing (didn't need it as she was so reassuring) I will certainly be heading back to Monalisa when I'm next in London!
