I changed the appointment the day before for an hour later as i was going to be busy and there were no issues and upon arrival my appointment was ready without any hassle. Monalisa was amazing she was so friendly and the Hollywood wax I have had to be one of the best I had no complaints.She was fast efficient so it wasn't as painful as some other waxes I've had so definitely booking my next appointment here.
