The room was quite dirty eg there was hair on the floor and some on the bed.
Sara did not manage to do the full hair removal as I wanted but still charged full price. I did not feel very comfortable during the wax for number of reasons - eg I had to hold positions that I didn’t feel comfortable with (and I’ve had a lot of waxes so know the usual process), I also felt pressured to have my upper lip hair removed. She made me feel self conscious about my hair, which was not very sensitive of her.

My first time having this treatment at beyond glam and I could not be happier! Definitely the best hybrids I’ve ever had! Perfectly suited my face, so happy with them!
