Had hoped owner was going to do my hair but another lady did. Did not get the streak effect colouring I asked for but also burnt my scalp by piling bleached hair on top of my head instead of using foils. Had blisters and itching scalp afterwards despite telling her it was stronger uncomfortable sensation than usual. Two days later at my mums I noticed the cut was not straight either. Very upset I spent so much money on a disaster!
Fantastic as always. Ella and Kyran as so friendly and welcoming. Kyran always has few extra tips about how I can do my hair. I love my visits, see you again soon ❤️
