I felt like I was being used for the hairdresser to learn how to balayage. This was clear after the "balayage" , when my hair was over bleached and full of root lines (it was not balayage at all). I had no choice but to have a colour correction which has meant I no longer have any natural colouring in my hair. Had ella done my balayage ( and I had booked with her on here) it would have been fantastic as she did a great job at blending the bad balayage into a brown on my roots. However I am not happy as my hair is now full of bleach and dye, is darker than before and feels damaged. I simply wanted enhance the natural blonde (which I clear on).

The staff here are just fabulous they alway listen to your ideas . And the end result is fantastic.

Lovely Ella did a fantastic job with my difficult to manage hair and was lovely and friendly as well. Will definitely be becoming a regular.
